Returns and Refunds Policy

You have 10 days from receipt of your order to report an anomaly, and 30 days to request a return or exchange for a new item.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, labels).

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer (excluding defective or damaged items).

  • Products damaged by the customer cannot be refunded.

  • Requests should be made by email to info@tetehaute.com , accompanied by photos and a description of the problem.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return after reviewing your request.

Special cases:

  • Bob sizes may vary by 2 to 3 cm. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in this case.

  • We are not responsible for errors in the delivery address provided by the customer.

Process :

  • Once the return has been validated, we will provide you with the return address.

  • We recommend tracking your shipment and sending us the tracking number by email.

  • The refund will be made to the original payment method within 14 days maximum after receipt .

Banking delay:

Depending on your bank, the refund may appear in your account within 6 to 12 days .


Loss, Theft and Breakage Insurance

Our insurance guarantees you peace of mind and security:

  • In case of loss of the package: we offer a resend or refund (subject to valid address and tracking).

  • In the event of a damaged package or product: we provide a prepaid return slip and proceed with an exchange or refund according to your choice, upon receipt of the return.
